Status


System Information
This page displays general system information about the print server.

Device Name: This option allows you to view the device name of the print server.

System Contact: This option allows you to view the contact name of the print server.

System Location: This option allows you to view the location name of the print server.

System Uptime: This option allows you to view the uptime of the print server. When you start the print server, it will calculate the start time to the power-off time.

Firmware Version: This option allows you to view the firmware version of the print server.

MAC Address: This option allows you to view the MAC Address of the print server.

Wireless Operation Mode: This option allows you to view the current wireless operation mode (Normal mode or Configuration mode) of your print server.




Printer Information
This page displays the information of the printer which is currently connected to the print server.

Manufacturer: View the manufacturer of the printer. When the printer is connected to the print server, it will be shown in the manufacture's field.

Model Number: View the model of the printer. When the printer is connected to the print server, it will be shown in the model field.

Printing Language Supported: When the printer is connected to the print server, it will be shown in the command field.

Current Status: View the status of the printer. When the printer is connected to the print server, it will be shown in the status field. For Example, "Waiting for job" means the printer is ready to print.




Wireless

Wireless Information
This page displays the current wireless settings and the status of the print server.

Mode: Displays the wireless operation mode of your print server.

AP's MAC Address: Displays the MAC address of your wireless AP.

SSID: Displays the ESSID of your wireless network.

Channel Number: Displays the current channel number.

Data Transmit Rate: Displays the current transmit rate.

WEP Encryption: Displays the WEP encryption status.




Network

TCP/IP
This page displays the current TCP/IP settings of the print server.

Use DHCP/BOOTP: View the DHCP/ BOOTP status. If there is a DHCP/BOOTP server on your network, this option allows the print server to obtain IP-related settings automatically from your DHCP server.

IP Address: View the IP address of the print server. The IP address must match the network settings of your network. The default IP is 192.168.0.10.

Subnet Mask: View the subnet mask of the print server. The subnet mask must match the network settings of your network. The default subnet mask is 255.255.255.0.

Gateway IP: View the gateway settings of the print server. This IP address of the gateway must match the network settings of your network.




Netware
This page displays the current NetWare settings of the print server.

Print Server Name: View the print server's name.

Polling Time: View polling time from the print server. This is the interval between searches for the NetWare connection.

Use NDS Mode: Enable or Disable.

Name of the NDS Tree: Enter the tree name.

Name of the NDS Context: Enter the context name.

Current Status: Choose Connected or Disconnected.

Use Bindery Mode: Choose Enable or Disable.

Name of the File Server: Enter the name of the File Server.

Current Status: Choose Connect or Disconnect.




AppleTalk
This page displays the current AppleTalk settings of the print server.

Zone Name: If no zone exists, the print server itself displays the zone name as an asterisk (*).

Port Name: <ATALK_PS>-xxxxxx-1, where xxxxxx represents the last six digits of the print server's MAC Address.

Printer Type: This option allows you to view the printer type from the print server. If you are using a PostScript printer you can select the LaserWriter 8 icon from your Mac computer.

Data Format: This option allows you to view the data format from the print server. If you are using a PostScript printer you can select ASCII, TBCP or BCP format from web configuration.




Management

SNMP Status
This page displays the current SNMP settings of the print server.

SNMP Communities: This option allows you to view SNMP communities from the print server. There are two communities that control messages from the network management of the print server.

SNMP Traps: This option allows you to view SNMP traps from the print server.




SMB
This page displays the printer sharing settings for Microsoft Windows networks.

Workgroup: The workgroup name of your print server.

Shared Name: The shared print port name of your print server.
