    2. We are working on this issue and will release a fixed version of the app shortly.


      In the meantime, you can resolve this issue by:


      1.  tapping the device under “My Devices” that say “Firmware upgrade required”.
      2. Wait 20 seconds and click on the device again.
      3. The device should begin to upgrade and you should be able to access the device after the upgrade is complete.


      This should do it, but if you are still experiencing problems with the firmware update, repeat the process on more time.
